About this deal
Before you can automatically forward calls you need to assign the feature to a button with lights. The button can then be used to turn call forwarding on and off as required. Designed as a stand-alone portfolio, these telephones may be intermixed with other Avaya digital telephones, especially the Avaya one-X™ Deskphones (9500 series). All external, internal and transferred calls directed to your extension can be diverted to a different internal extension number. You can enter the destination extension telephone number and select when calls are redirected using a programmed button.
Use this feature to reset the system while retaining the currently programmed settings. Reset the system only when advised to do so by technical support personnel. Programmable Feature Buttons: 16 buttons, each button equipped with dual LEDs (red/green) for line/call status
At either or the first two extensions on the system, press Feature 0 0 followed by t w o presses of the first intercom or call appearance button. At either of the first two extensions on the system, press Feature **config (that is Feature **266344 ).
The current setting of the button will now be set to Call Forward O
